Updates - 6-8-20
-Thankfully after several weeks of tough times the circumstances have improved enough that restrictions are loosening allowing coaches and athletes to come together again. Hopefully the positive trends will continue.
-Our Athletic Director John Thompson sent out multiple communications about the district/county plan to reopen. Here are the docs on athletics and facilities and strength and conditioning schedule.
-Workouts for athletes were r-mailed with optional opportunities to meet with coaches. For this to happen coaches/athletes must adhere to the following guidelines until guidance changes.
-All athletes/coaches must complete the pre-workout screening before every workout. Anyone answering yes to any of the screening questions should not attend the workout.
-Athletes/coaches must adhere to social distancing.
-Athletes must bring their own personal water bottles labeled with their name.
-2020 Summer Calendar has been updated to reflect the district's change of the summer dead period and a change to the single track trail run on July 15th.
