-Our athletes had strong showings at Pinckney High School in our early season dual. Results were shared with athletes and will hopefully be added to athletic.net. Photos from the meet are here. Better photos, video recap, and meet coverage by Bill Kahn are posted on Livingston Daily.
-We have a couple athletes that were out of town for Band Camp/etc. All athletes rejoinging the team must have the parent and athlete registrations completed along with a current physical uploaded to Final Forms. Runners with incomplete registrations or missing physicals are not allowed to practice with the team. In addition, the team fee through Zeffy must be submitted prior to competing.
-The Mustang Invite is this Tuesday at Cass Benton. The bus leaves at 10:30. The Senior/Junior race is at 12:35 and the Sophomore/Freshman race is at 1:45. Runners will wear the Checkerboard singlets. Medals to the top 25 individuals will be available about an hour after each race. Freshmen are encouraged to attend the sophomore registration so they don't have to miss the bus/meet.
-After each race athletes will need to return their bibs to the coaches. The bibs will be reused for a couple other meets that utilize the same timing company.
-Labor Day weekend practices on Friday, Saturday, and Monday are optional. We tell the kids that stay in town to get their butts to practice.
