-We race at Riverside Elementary in Battle Creek Saturday, the 10th. Boys varsity race at 10:00 and JV race at 11:00. Awards are at 12:15. The bus is tentatively scheduled to leave at 7:00 from the BHS field house entrance. We will wear our black singlets. There will be a $5 charge for parking. Maps to the school can be found on athletic.net and the team schedule page (click on the meet location). Athletes will learn who is running varsity at Tuesday's practice.

-We have an optional practice on Monday, the 5th from 3-5:15 at Huron Meadows. Meet at the park.

-Pay to Play forms and money are due at Tuesday's practice.

-We will meet in the high school overflow parking lot for practices at BHS and to car pool to offsite locations. Athletes will still need to be picked up from the practice location.

-There have been a handful of runners asking about what/when to eat before races. The MSU sports nutrition guide is an excellent resource.
