-Our core group of runners continue to plug away at our optional winter conditioning workouts. This consistency was a key factor in the success of the 2016 team and will play a larger role in 2017 as the athletes set higher expectations for this spring and fall. All runners not participating in a winter sport are strongly encouraged to attend.
-The MITS season is approaching the midway point. These meets are an excellent opportunity to get the competitive juices flowing and remove the rust from the legs. The schedule, results, and qualification standards can be found at the MITS track website.
-The 2017-2018 school year will see many changes with athletics in the KLAA. In XC, the league will be moving away from the dual meet schedule to a Jamboree schedule. More info on the changes is located in the updated parent info doc on the downloads page.
-The TENTATIVE 2017 boys XC summer training and meet/event schedules are posted to the website.
