Off-Season Updates - 2-18-17
-The anticipation for the warmer weather and the start of the Outdoor T&F season has grown exponentially over these last weeks. Our athletes are primed and ready for an excellent spring!
-We wish the best of luck to all the runners who are nearing the championship season of their winter sports! Whenever their season ends, winter sport athletes are encouraged to take a two week recovery/transition phase before returning to consistent running. Runners wanting specifics on returning to training should contact Coach Elsey or communicate with their captains.
Wednesday, March 8th - Track and Field informational/sign up meeting for athletes
Monday, March 13th - First official track practice
