-The boys had 3 all-conference runners and place 6th in the KLAA Conference meet this past Thursday. Results are posted on athletic.net.

-Uniform return is this Wednesday. Runners not competing in the Regional or PR Invite must return their washed uniform to Coach Elsey at 3:15 in the field house lobby. Any athlete needing to leave right after school may drop their uniform off in the Athletic Department office.

-Thursday's practice will be short. Runners not competing Friday will finish at 3:30. Practice for varsity and alternates will end at 4:30.

-Friday, the 27th is the Regional Meet at Huron Meadows. The boys will remain in school for the full day. Girls race at 4:00 and boys race at 4:30. Awards are at 5:15. The top 3 teams qualify for the state meet. A 4th team may qualify if they have 4 runners finish in the top 20 and there are at least 7 other complete teams competing. Top 15 individuals medal and qualify for the state meet. Athletes will wear a varsity set. Alternates for the Regional will race in the PROM (Post Regional Optional Meet) at 5:45.

-All practices and meets are optional for JV athletes. If a runner wants to race in the PR Invite, he must continue to practice as he has all season. These optional practices/meets will count towards any make-up practices. All make-up practices must be completed before the State Meet to finish the season in good standing and receive end of season awards.
