-Good luck to all the athletes preparing for their winter sports!
-Optional indoor workouts for Boys XC and Track distance runners begin Tuesday, November 28th. Runners will meet after school Monday through Friday and train at and around the high school. Workouts will typically end at 4:30 on non weight room days and at 5:15 on weight room days. Coach Elsey will also be running at the Kensington East Boat Launch on most Saturday mornings. Athletes that are ready to return to training should contact Coach Elsey for specifics.
-We will train outside throughout the winter. Runners need to come prepared with hats, gloves, and layers of clothing. It is always better to have clothes you don't need than to wish for clothes you don't have.
-The indoor meet schedule is posted at www.mitstrack.org. The schedule is subject to change. Always check the mitstrack website for last minute updates.
-Saturday, December 2nd is the Team Expectations Meeting at BHS. Our athletes will discuss the 2017 season and determine what they'll accomplish in the 2018 season. We'll meet at noon near the field house. All boys XC runners are highly encouraged to attend.
