-After many weeks of hard work we are finally entering meet week. About a third of the team will race at the Mustang Invite Tuesday, the 28th with the remaining members racing at the Early Bird Invite on Thursday, the 30th. We will wear our Black and Orange singlets for both meets.

-Monday, the 27th is the Co-Ed 10k Relay followed by the family picnic. We are still looking to fill a couple volunteer positions for the picnic. Please take a look at the Sign Up Genius and volunteer.

-Athletes competing at the Mustang Invite will carpool from BHS at 1:45 (meet near the field house entrance). Juniors/Seniors race at 4:00 and Freshmen/Sophomores race at 5:00. Medals to top 25 in both races. Awards are scheduled for 6:30. The course is on the west side of Hines Drive, across from the Cass Benton Hills Disc Golf Course. -Runners racing in the Early Bird Invite will meet at the course at 3:00. Varsity race at 4:25 and JV race at 5:50. Medals will be distributed in the finish chute to the top 75 in the varsity race and top 100 in the JV race. Click here for the Huron Meadows course map. -Uniforms and the transportation contract were handed out at practice this past week. All runners must compete in their team issued singlet and shorts. We have a few of the younger runners who are waiting to receive their shorts. These runners must wear solid black shorts. Band members will be given their uniform on Monday, the 27th.
