-The boys opened up the season with a handful of PRs and many fast times on our home course in the Early Bird Invite! Results are posted on athletic.net.

-Thank you to all the families who participated and volunteered in the family picnic after the 10k relay. Special thanks to Lisa Crompton for setting up the sign up genius and getting the ball rolling. Hopefully this event will become a new tradition that'll improve each year.

-Transportation contracts are due at practice on Tuesday, the 4th.

-Ordering for this year's spirit wear is open through Wednesday, the 5th. Orders are made online through the team store web page.

-The team races Saturday, the 8th at the Averill Invite. The course is at Possum Hollow in Kensington Metropark. There is no bus. Athletes need to meet at the course at 8:00. Varsity race at 9:30 and JV race at 11:00. Medals to the top 25 in the varsity race. There is no award ceremony. We will race in the black and orange singlets. -The tentative practice schedule for the remainder of the season is posted. The locations and times are subject to change. Always check the weekly updates for the most accurate schedule.
