-The boys defeated Northville and Canton in division competition and won the Spartan Elite race at the Spartan Invite this Saturday! Results to both meets are posted on athletic.net.
-Tuesday the team races Salem at Huron Meadows. The boys race at 4:15. Girls race at 4:50. The athletes will wear the orange and white singlets. After the girls race the boys and girls teams will honor our senior runners.
-We will practice at/near SMS on Wednesday and Friday this week. Wednesday the athletes will run to SMS and then support the Scranton runners at their home meet. Friday the team will carpool to SMS and join the Scranton runners for their time trial. Band members have the option to treat Friday's practice as a typical Friday home game practice.
-Saturday the team races at the Jefferson Invite at Sterling State Park. The bus will leave at 6:30 from the BHS field house. Varsity races at 9:00. JV races at 12:00. Awards to the top 3 teams and top 30 individuals will be at 1:10. All runners will wear their black and orange singlet. Jefferson Invite Course Map
-The KLAA Championships are a few weeks out. All JV runners are highly encouraged to continue training with the team after KLAA through the remainder of the season. Any athlete wanting to compete at the End of Autumn Open must attend practice on the 19th and 22nd.
