-The boys defeated Salem to improve to 3-0 in the division and won the Jefferson Invite! The near perfect conditions Saturday on an already fast course led to several PRs with both Zach Stewart and Jack Spamer breaking the school 5K record! Results to both meets are posted on athletic.net.

-Saturday, the 29th, the team competes at Huron Meadows in the Legends Invite. Athletes need to meet at the course at 10:15. Varsity races at 11:45. JV races at 12:40. Awards to the top 3 teams and 5 individuals are at 1:45. Medals to the top 100 runners will be distributed in the finish chute. Varsity will wear a varsity set, JV will wear the orange and white singlets.

-There is a CHANGE TO THE PRACTICE SCHEDULE this Friday, the 28th. Practice will be held at Bishop Lake, not Huron Meadows.
