-The boys defeated Howell and Hartland to finish the season a perfect 7-0 and repeat as Division Champions! Saturday the boys finished 4th at the Gabriel Richard Invite. Results from Howell/Hartland and JV results from Gabriel Richard are on athletic.net.

-Now that we're entering the Championship season practices will be shorter. Refer to the weekly updates for the most accurate practice schedule.

-With the temps dropping some athletes may choose to wear sleeves or other undergarments. All sleeves and undergarments must be solid black.

- The KLAA Championships are Thursday, the 18th. Varsity (top 7) will be dismissed from school after 5th hour. Varsity races at 3:30 and JV races at 4:30. Medals to the top 28 individuals (All-Conference) and trophies to the two Division Champions and Conference Champion will be presented at 5:45 during the awards ceremony. Varsity will wear a varsity set. JV will wear the black and orange singlets.

- All practices are optional after the KLAA meet for non-varsity runners. Any runners needing to complete make up practice must do so during these optional practices. These athletes were notified in their weekly r-mail.

-Runners looking to compete in the End of Autumn Open Tuesday, October 23rd must notify Coach Elsey by Friday night.
