-Another excellent Kensington Camp has come and gone. The team building through friendly competition makes this camp a highlight of every season!
-Our final single track trail is this Wednesday at the Highland Rec Area. We will leave from BHS at 7:30 to run 7.5ish miles of trails. Single track trail runs are ideal for athletes that are capable of maintaining contact with the main group and have run 6 or more miles without stopping on several occasions. The group will return to BHS around 10:00.
-The July Time Trial this Friday is the first of two opportunities to run a Team Camp qualifying time.
-The official season is now less than a month away. All athletes must have a completed physical on file with the BHS Athletic Department and an emergency card turned in to Coach Elsey. In addition, at least one parent must complete the online parent registration (don't need to repeat for siblings).
-Next week is the Middle School XC Camp at SMS. Our high school athletes are critical to the camp's success. The more volunteer athletes we have the better!
