-The boys repeated as Regional Champions with 4 runners earning All-Region honors and Jack Spamer claiming the individual title! Results are posted on athletic.net.

-PRACTICE SCHEDULE CHANGES this week. Refer to the schedule at the bottom of the update.

-Tuesday, October 29th is the PR Invite at Huron Meadows. Athletes will be seeded into 3 different races. Runners in the top 20% and ranked between 61%-70% will race at 3:25. Runners ranked between 21%-40% and the last 15% will race at 4:25. Runners ranked between 41%-60% and 71%-85% will race at 5:25. Race management will release seeds on Monday morning. Athletes in the first race will be dismissed from school after 5th hour. The top 100 runners in each race will medal. Due to exam week all athletes will be dismissed immediately after their race.

-Friday, November 1st the top 7 will travel to Michigan International Speedway to preview the state meet course. They will be dismissed from school around 12:20. Afterwards, the top 10 athletes will go out for team dinner. Details TBA.

-Saturday, November 2nd is the State Meet at MIS. Varsity and alternates will leave from BHS at 12:00. The D1 boys race is at 3:30. Trophies to the top two teams and top 30 All-State athletes will be presented during the D2 and D1 awards ceremony at 4:00. This year the boys team is fortunate to rent a small Pit Row Suite for before and after the race. Only the 10 athletes and coaches will be allowed into the suite. 2019 Cross Country Finals Information
