-Optional off-season workouts begin Tuesday, the 28th! This time spent training with teammates is invaluable to the program and its sustained success. Every BXC athlete not participating in a winter sport is highly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to improve with their teammates. In addition to training, athletes looking to compete have the ability to race in the Michigan Indoor Track Series (MITS) meets. Specific meet info/schedules may be found on the mitstrack.org website.
-The 2024 Team Expectations Meeting for all returning BXC athletes is Saturday, December 9th, from 10-noonish at BHS.
-This year's Shining Stars is Monday, December 11th. Runners on the "State Team" (top 7 and alternates) will be recognized by the BAS school board. Attending athletes should meet at 6:50 and will be dismissed after their piece in the board meeting.
-Looking way ahead, the first official practice for fall sports in 2024 is Monday, August 12th.
