-These first few weeks of optional training have seen mild weather and very strong attendance. The work the athletes put in and the bonds formed over the winter are the two major reasons for the program's sustained success.
-The Resolution Run is morphing into the Ultimate New Year. Athletes and alumni planning on attendening should contact Coach Elsey for details.
-The 2024 tentative summer calendar will be posted soon. Here are a couple dates to keep in mind when making summer plans. The 4th of July Dead Period is Sunday, June 30th through Satruday July 6th. Time trials are Friday, July 19th and Wednesday, July 31st. Official practices for fall sports begin on Monday, August 12th.
