-The team started this off-season strong with more than 20 athletes at our optional workouts every day this week! The time spent working with teammates throughout the indoor season is one of the key factors in the program's sustained success. Every BXC athlete not participating in a winter sport is highly encouraged to join their teammates and take advantage of this opportunity to improve. Training schedules, meet info, etc. are r-mailed each week.
-The 2023 Team Expectations Meeting, for all returning BXC athletes, is Saturday from 10-noonish at BHS.
-Monday, December 12th members of the 2022 state team (top 7 and alternates) will be recognized as Shining Stars at the school board meeting.
-The Resolution Run will be making it's triumphant return this year! Athletes/alumni planning on attending should contact Coach Elsey for details.
