-The team defeated Howell and Hartland Tuesday (finishing 2nd in the Division with a 6-1 dual meet record) and Saturday the boys won the Gabriel Richard Invite! Results to both meets are on athletic.net.
-The KLAA Championships are Saturday, the 22nd at Huron Meadows. Athletes need to meet at the course at 8:15. Varsity (top 7) race at 9:45, JV races at 10:15. Medals to the top 28 individuals (All-Conference) in the varsity race and trophies to the two Division Champions and Conference Champion will be presented at 11:00. Varsity will wear a varsity singlet. JV will wear the Black and Orange singlets.
-Optional practices for JV runners begin on Monday, the 24th. Athletes that have unexcused absences from the season must make up those practices prior the the State Meet to finish the season in good standing and participate in Awards Night. Runners that would like to continue training with the team through these last couple of weeks are strongly encouraged to do so.
-The Brighton PROM race is on Thursday, Oct 27th at Huron Meadows. Our Regional Alternates will be racing. The meet is optional for all other athletes that continue training beyond the KLAA meet.
-PRACTICE SCHEDULE CHANGES - Monday and Thursday practices will end at 4:45.
