-Friday the boys finished second at the Regional with three All-Region runners! This is the seventh consecutive season the team has qualified for the MHSAA State Championships. Thursday saw many course bests and some PRs as several athletes competed in the PROM race.
-Again, multiple schedule changes this week. Refer to the schedule at the bottom of the update. Practices are optional for everyone not on the State Team. Athletes that need to make up practices must do so by Thursday of this week.
-Friday, November 4th the top 7 will travel to Michigan International Speedway (MIS) to preview the state meet course. They will be dismissed from school around 12:20. Afterwards, the State Team will have team dinner at BHS.
-Saturday, November 5th is the State Championships at MIS. The State Team will depart from BHS at 10:30. The D1 boys race is at 2:10. Trophies to the top two teams and top 30 All-State athletes will be presented during the D2/D1 awards ceremony at 4:00. The State Team will have access to a Pit Row Suite for before and after the race. Only the State Team athletes/coaches will be permitted in the suite. Spectator admission is $11 and must be purchased online.
