-Another fun week of competition! The team moved to 4-1 in the division with victories over Plymouth and Novi. Saturday varsity won the D1 race and JV followed up with a win sweeping the top 5 places. Results are posted on athletic.net.
-Senior night is Tuesday, October 10th at Huron Meadows after the double dual with Hartland and Howell. Boys race at 4:45 in their Black Bulldog singlets. Senior parents are encouraged to bring their senior's banner and any other signs they'd like to hang along the fence near the pavilion. The girls team will celebrate their senior night as the boys race is finishing up.
-Friday's practice will be very short. Athletes will start their run immediately after school and are dismissed when they finish stretching.
-Saturday the team races in the Gabriel Richard Invite at Hudson Mills. Bus leaves at 11:00, JV race at 1:10, and varsity (top 12) race at 2:20. Previous years had awards for the top 25 in the JV and varsity races along with trophies to the top 3 varsity teams. Checkerboard singlets. Hudson Mills South Course Map
-Awards Night is scheduled for Monday, November 20th from 7-9ish at the SMS cafeteria.
