-We hope everyone had a fun filled 4th of July!
-The Kensington Camp is this Tuesday, the 12th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Every XC runner (regardless of fitness/experience) is strongly encouraged to attend. Athletes should come dressed ready to run and bring their recovery food and water. We'll have groups running everything from 3-8+ miles. After the run the team will play Ultimate and Nuke'Em. Additional food and drinks will be provided. We'll meet at Possum Hollow at/near the Playfield West picnic shelter.
-Wednesday the team will run at the Milford Trail near downtown Milford. This is a technical 5.5ish mile trail that is ideal for fit and/or more experienced athletes. Attending runners should meet at the trail head at 8 a.m. and get picked up at 9:30.
-Friday's July Time Trial at Huron Meadows is the first opportunity for runners to qualify for Team Camp in August. There is no time eligibility standard for this year's Team Camp. The top 25 athletes based on time between the July Time Trial and Camp Time Trial will receive the first opportunity to sign up. 2021 Team Camp Info, 2022 Team Camp Info will be shared in the upcoming weeks.
-The Info/Docs page of the team website is a great starting point for athletes and parents new to BXC. Sections on injuries and nutrition can be helpful for runners looking to take that next step in their training/racing.
-All runners and parents/guardians need to complete their respective BXC registration form. The Parent Registration link is listed in the links section below. The Athlete Registration link was sent directly to runners through their running2win.com account and their BAS Gmail.
