-The team competed at the Mustang Invite this past week and came away with a handful of PRs and several course bests. Results to the meet are posted on athletic.net.

-The transportation fee has been posted to Final Forms. The $75 fee is a fraction of the cost to transport our athletes. We ask that all athletes have the fee paid by the end of this week.

-Tuesday's practice at Huron Meadows will wrap up at 5:30. We are lucky to have Dr. Bowers speaking with the boys and girls teams. We'll be discussing strategies to manage/improve the mental side of racing and competing.

-Labor Day weekend we will have optional practices on Friday, Saturday and Monday. We tell the kids that optional means, "If you are in town, get your butt to practice."

-Looking ahead to the Averill Invite September 12th, the faster half of our roster will compete in the Gold Division at 9:00 and the slower half of our roster will compete in the Silver Division at 10:00.
