-The team had a busy meet schedule last week. We opened the KLAA season 2-0 defeating Novi and Salem at Novi High School, Varsity A placed 5th at the Spartan Invite, and Varsity B placed 7th at the Huron Invite. Results are (or will be) posted on athletic.net.
-Senior night is Tuesday, September 20th at Huron Meadows after the double dual with Northville and Plymouth. Boys race at 4:15 and girls race at 4:45. Athletes will wear their Bulldog singlets. Senior parents are encouraged to bring their senior banners and any other signs they'd like to hang along the fence near the pavilion.
-Saturday is the first Mt. Brighton Invite! This will be a very small invitational with just a few teams on the boys and girls side. Hopefully we'll be able to grow this event in upcoming years. Athletes will race in their Checkerboard singlets and need to meet at the course at 7:30. Varsity races at 9:00 and JV races at 10:10. Awards to the top 25 individuals and top 2 teams in the varsity races (no awards ceremony). We are looking for a couple of volunteers to help at the meet.
